An inspiring monthly speaker series bringing together the region’s most sought-after practitioners of integrated health to educate our community how to live longer, healthier and happier lives.

We invite you to join us for LIVE SŌW WELL the last Monday of every month on the beautifully appointed Sunroom at SŌW, a 4-season sanctuary draped in live tropical planting.
Each event is held 5:30-6:30 p.m the last Monday of each month – with exception to accommodate for holidays. There is no speaking event the month of December.
With every $35 ticket, each guest receives a complimentary $25 SŌW gift card. Reserve now. Seating is limited.
